Our Beef Biltong Sticks are long, narrow strips of beef, naturally air-dried until firm and satisfyingly chewy. The drier texture is deliberate: these are made for people who enjoy taking their time over their biltong.

Made in Western Australia from quality WA beef and traditionally seasoned, each stick delivers concentrated savoury beef flavour that develops as you chew. Small pockets of fat bring welcome richness and a little moisture to the firmer meat.

Bite off a piece, chew slowly and let the flavour do its thing. Have another. Perhaps open a beer. There is really no need to rush this.
